Couples therapy is extremely important, whether you intend to remain in the partnership, or if you make the difficult decision to separate.
We often go to the dentist for routines check-ups, to make sure all is as it should be, but people don’t think to do this with their relationships. A problem that might start off as a small irritation, can escalate over the years to a deep resentment.
If all couples attended therapy every couple of years, they could tweak any habits that might be causing disharmony, keeping both parties on track and working towards their future goals, with mutual respect, creating a strong solid partnership.
